As part of the Nordzucker factory, a new sugar storage silo was built in Nordstemmen, with an internal diameter of 56 m and a height of approximately 53.50 m. In the implementation of this project, Monting montaj performed the following works:
– insulation of silo envelope and roof
– insulation of the bridge and command building;
– installation of steel substructure, mineral wool and trapezoidal sheet metal,
– partially sandwich panels and smooth sheet metal on the roof and
– preparation of shaped parts on site
Our team of workers has shown in high level of expertise in the implementation of the project. All of the above activities are key to building a silo that must be durable, energy efficient and safe for long-term sugar storage.
