For the needs of the company “Alumina” from Zvornik, Monting Montaža participated in the implementation of the project of installing a new evaporator battery, produced by the French manufacturer “Kestner”.

The works carried out by us relate to the reconstruction and extension of the existing production facility in the pairing department (Facility No. 17) in order to integrate the new “Kestner” evaporation battery UB1.

• The materials used include hot-rolled profiles, HOPs (hall-wrapped profiles), sheets and bars.
• Some of the assemblies are manufactured in the workshop, then welded together and transported to the construction site, while the rest of the assemblies are assembled directly in the field, using screw connections and connecting plates.

Scope of work:

• Processed steel: about 150 tons
• Building height: +26.50 m
• Platforms: Within the project, eight platforms were built at different heights that provide easier access for maintenance and work processes.
